Hardy to say something because it is a year that I bought the umbrella for my client and still did not received.
Commercial grade quality with updated improve design using high quality components. This is the 4th umbrella I have purchased from Midtown. Overall, very good value for the long life of this umbrella compared to other competitors.
Everything was difficult and I still have a broken umbrella
We are very happy with our 3 pool umbrellas which provide some great shade when just relaxing in and out of the water. The colors are terrific and blend nicely with our nature setting next to 8 acres of woods. No fading, they crank easily and are simple to disassemble for winter storage.
Wrong cover. Doesnt fit. Thought I bought the right one but way off

After a few months of use, we had a problem with umbrella not standing straight on grande base. Customer service responded promptly by sending us a new base with no charge. Excellent customer support! Kudos to this Canadian company! NO TARRIFFS TRUMP!! Canada is our excellent neighbor.

Hey there, ordering process was very easy and delivery was great and quick. No issues with this process. Umbrella set up was done with no issues and umbrella looks great. Can’t give 5 stars because we have only had the umbrella a few weeks and only used a couple times. Quality seems good but only time will tell, thanks David and all is good for now take care.
