This is an update to my previous post on MidTown Umbrella. After leaving the initial post, I woke up this morning to find the company has made the wrong, RIGHT! Midtown Umbrella has reimbursed me for the initial umbrella ordered due to an incorrect order that was sent (a wrong color). My second order finally arrived yesterday. I have not yet opened the package but I’m hoping that the color and style are correct. Nate at MidTown Umbrella has issued not only a refund for the first order but has also given me a cover for the umbrella free of charge , which cost approximately $70. Midtown Umbrella definitely provided a great customer service experience after my initial issue and notification to the company.
We looked awhile to find the right umbrella and I believe this one is it. It was easy to order and quick delivery. I like the construction of the umbrella and the easy tilt, and I'll report back in, in a few years.
I had some trouble with my LED swilt light. Nate from Midtown promptly problem-solved with me and sent me out a new solar panel. It works perfectly now. Their customer service can't be beat!

Answered this twice already, we ordered 11 umbrellas which stated on the website were in stock. Then later received email not in stock, we cancelled and ordered somewhere else that had them in stock for a lower price
the hole is not deep enough to hold the bolts and ripped out at the first wind.

The products are beautiful and well made. The colour I had ordered was exactly what I hoped for. The only thing I can really complain about was the instructional video on the assembly of the umbrella. It was quite a bit more complicated than what was shown and luckily I have a neighbour who is very savvy about all things around the home. It took us almost six hours to figure out on a very hot day.

Outstanding customer service! After 2 years the rope on our 9' patio umbrella broke. I reached out to Midtown for warranty claim. Within days the claim was resolved and a replacement frame was on it's way! Easy and thorough process!
I asked that this order be cancelled as it was NOT what I ordered… COLOR WAS INCORRECT AMOUNT WAS INCORRECT DO NOT SEND THESE UMBRELLAS
I had a request for bolts I lost. The gentleman I spoke too was more than happy to send what I needed at no cost. I received them within a couple days. Company is great and we love the umbrella and stand we purchased.
