It came in when promised. It was boxed and protected from scratches and dents. Good instructions. Fairly easy to install.

Perfect product for Over the range microwave. Works & fits perfectly.
The hood does what it’s supposed to do. If it was a couple inches less in depth with the same slope it would not stick out as mischief and would not inhibit the access to tall pots on large burners in the front. Also the screw to stop it from sliding was slightly too short for our installation and keeps falling out. Had to replace with something different.
The unit does not stop all the steam from the stove I rate it’s function at about 50 percent! This product is way over priced!!
