Product is excellent, only negative was the instructions were not overly clear, it took some trail and error until I realized screws go up thru slots, not a very easy task doing it by yourself.

The Microvisor hood arrived on time. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to install it in about 20 minutes with nothing more than a Phillip's head screwdriver. We were having a problem with grease attaching itself to the cabinetry near the stove whenever we fried anything. It has been two weeks now and the problem seems to be eliminated. It was exactly what we needed.

Does a good job capturing the smoke but it makes it difficult to see the oven controls. If there was a possibility to make it slide in and out from under the microwave that would make it easier to use. I leave the set screw out so I can leave it off until I need to use it.

This hood is stopping all moisture to go up. Using the same microwave with out disturbing the kitchen really nice. Defentely recommend for those who dont want to remodel the kitchen.

Does what it said it would do! Easy to install! Nice that it's easily removable because depending on your range set up, you can't see your controls.

Bought a returned unit and was apprehensive that the hood might have problems when it arrived. But when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised, it looked brand new. I got to finally try it today and it works just as it was described. Takes some getting used to but it works and looks great.

The hood arrived in perfect condition. The directions were understandable and easy to follow. Install took less that 1/2 hour and the product not only looks good above the stove, but functions exactly as advertised. Kudos to Microvision!

The install was easy. It does a great job. I feel two thumb screws should be included. Also, I bought the 36" version that I wish came in Black. Anyway, my smoke alarm no longer goes off when cooking and that alone was worth it!

This thing works great! Easy to attach.

I am not very mechanically inclined, but the Microvisor Hood was very easy to attach to my microwave oven and it continues to be a sturdy fit.

Installation was a nightmare! If you have a microwave that is straight, should be no problem, however my microwave has a curved door & your 3/8 inch spacers did not cut it. I made my own 7/8 spacers and it worked fine. You need to fix this problem as I was ready to declare your product a piece of junk and send it back!
