Product was as described. Well made and easy to install. Customer service was well informed of their product. No problems at all; would definitely recommend.
Install was very easy, however it doesn't really help direct steam through the blower, the steam just goes arround the side of it.
Does not capture smoke from front burners as depicted in ads. Have to fan stove top with a towel to fully push smoke under the hood. Does slightly interfere with access to stove top rear panel controls. Not sure it's worth the cost. Very easy to install.

I received my order on a timely basis. It sat unopened for two weeks, decided to open it and realized I needed my trusty son-in-law to install it. He did a couple weeks later and it is now a functioning object.

Since the height of the Microvisor Hood is at head level, it is easy for your brow to hit the MH. If the ends are more round the impact would be minimal.
Great product. Works as advertised. Looks OEM like it came as part of the microwave. Wife approved. Prevents the oil/steam from getting on to cabinets. Does require a wipe down every couple of uses, but a regular hood vent requires that as well.
So glad I purchased… works perfect! No more worries about cabinets getting ruined! Easy to install too!! 5 stars!!
