Mettrr Took over Sole Trader, my previous provider, over a year ago . Then they forgot about me . I was promised a new website platform but for 9 months it never happened,. I was unable to get changes easily to my website. AFTER COMPLAINING THROUGH MY PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION WHO RECOMMEND I USE THEM , HEY PRESTO, THEY HAVE , IN ONE WEEK , GOT ME RECONNECTED WITH MY DASHBOARD... SO WELL DONE FOR RESPONDING AND SORTING. Its now back to what it had been, a very responsive set up.
Simply marvelous! These guys took over from a dismal web design company who had previously done a bad job for me and I can say with all honesty Mettrr have made the whole process easy and hassle free. They've designed a lovely easy to use, up to date web site for my company and I am really pleased with their service. Customer service is brilliant and they are always on the other end of a phone if you have any queries. Updates and amendments are always actioned very quickly to my site and I am very impressed with Mettrr's can do attitude. Nothings to much trouble and they are very helpful and explain everything they are doing. Top Mark's 10 out 10
Was promised new platform and new layout for my website and as an existing company with them - previously with SoleTrader since 2011, I have thought that will be a quick and easy job for Mettrr team. But after nearly TWO months and more or less calling New Mexico /customer services/ every day - NOTHING!!!. No website, No clients, but just Big promises. Just been on the phone with customer service AGAIN and spoke I believe with the manager and he said that probably it will take two more weeks. That’s been said 3 times so far. Finally after 2 /two/ months of waiting my "new website" update is ready. But the only problem is that my content including-images, reviews,photos.. is half missing. I was told that it could not be moved from my old website. So at the moment it is half of what used to be and that is 8 years of building and uploading contents gone..wasted time and effort. I love my site. This is my first time having a website so I decided to call Mettrr. It was so easy to sign up, they knew what and how I wanted my site to look and agents are so friendly. Communication is the reason for the low score, it is hard to get your point across as to what you would like from Mettr. The process needs to be more seemless especially when implementing changes to your website.

After a year with Mettrr, I've decided to give them another year. Just starting our business the price is good for us. Their company is growing and expanding in the services they can provide, while more and more options are coming. However, I love the customer service. I was a little disappointed with one individual I spoke with thus far, and I have spoken with many, rather verbally or through email. But I would never allow that one to destroy what all the others have done so effectively. Although the individuals I started out with are not there anymore, My new contacts stepped right in, and have been very supportive. They allow me to feel important. I would recommend Mettrr!!

I am young and naive in the business world. They were very kind and patient with me, they gave me lots of information and kept me up to date with what was happening through email. Would definitely recommend to others.
