My one and only website has been provided by SoleTrader.com since September 2013. The business needs are quite simple so this webpage suits it well. Having someone at the end of an email who will change content swiftly, is really like having your own control. If something isn't quite right they will change it very quickly.
Reliable through and through. Excellent service. Only good things to comment on soletrader they look after every detail.
Have been with SoleTrader for a while. Few problems but normally sorted quite quickly and based on this would have given them 5 stars but due to all these companies with their cyber protection we can no longer get them on the 'white' list so his emails can be forwarded. Apparently we can now pay even more to have them go through their secure servers but not what we signed up with. Took so long to get any answers from SoleTrader that we employed a consultant to deal with and liaise between both parties. Now have his works email forwarded to a 'gmail' account and then onto our provider. Which still goes into 'spam', so have had to open 'spam' as our inbox. Unless they get this sorted or their secure server is free would never use or recommend again.
I have had excellent customer care service right from the start. I have opened a second company and I intend to use the Sole Trader as my website server for it. That is how satisfied I am with their service. Theresa Willcocks.

Got a website for my business after trying to build one myself online. Happy with result and I like the fact I can just send them changes and they do them rather than me. Saves me hours a month. Would recommend.
Very very bad attitude , when I had my website built from them it looks like some kid made it I can do it better then my self ,I have asked them 2 times email please cancle my contract with you as I am running a google adds and email they made it is not working from last 2 month I asked them many times they are theif only want your money do not get robbed by them
I am a small business owner who like many people trying to catch up with technology and create a website for my business in order to get my name out there. Unfortunately, I fell for the smooth talk by Soletrade sale's man and made a payment in advance for website building service. The guy advised that I would get a call on a specific date and time from website designer/builder and that my website would be up and running within two days after that call. Unfortunately, the day arrived and passed without me recieving any such call. I emailed their customer service to inquire about what happened but did not receive any response. A few days letter I phoned the customer service but was advised that the call did not occur because i was not on schedule to be called. She said she would contact the website design department and call me back with an appointment. I waited but no such call was received. The following day I emailed the company asking for cancellation and a refund of my money but again no response. I have since phoned the company several times asking for my refund but each time I am advised that they can't do anything about the refund as the issue is handled by management. They also can't tell when or whether I will get my money back. All that they can do is to chass up and get back to me. Only problem, noone ever get back to me. I now don't have a website and unable to get my money back.. So if like me you are being smooth talked into parting with your hard earned cash for the service, i'd say save your money and hassle
Avoid Avoid Avoid, By far the worst website building company out there. I had nothing but problems, Even the most simple requests were too difficult for this company. Everything from building the site, replying to emails, replying to phone calls and even then cancelling the agreement, eventually got website built by a company that does it with no dramas, and then today, 3 months after leaving this "outfit" I get an email saying that my new website is being published. It is literally just one sorry mistake after another, and dont even get me started on the not ranking on Google.... but now I am on Page 1 of Google, something this outfit said is not possible in less than 12 months, well..... its been 3 months. If I was you, I would spend a little bit more and get go on forums for whatever industry your in and ask for advice on website builders there, as Soletrader.com will do nothing but give you a head ache and indigestion.
