Wish they would get the name right after telling them to get ex business partner off the web site and records as I am the one paying the bill from the start. Other than that very helpful I wish the staff could make a decision there and then and the Same with the amendments instead of raising a ticket.

Mettrr staff is great do not let negativity misguide you from choosing this company. They are fast friendly compassionate on the phone verbally and knowledgeable professionals. Mr. Travis, Mr. De'soto and the supervisor Mr. Guillermo and Mr. Lance all amazing and very understanding to the needs and desires I expressed. I highly recommend this company. My overall experience with Mettrr has been a good one. I have a few gripes with the product because I thought they could offer more than was made clear to me. The websites are basic so if you want something sophisticated you won't get it, unless they offer a more advanced product that I wasn't made aware of? The websites are templates much like you would find with most domain name providers like Godaddy. The difference being they do all the content for you, in reality you will need to rewrite the content to match your specific needs which you need to do through the dashboard and wait up to 24hrs for them to make the changes. I went into this contract with a vision of what I wanted and have only got a basic version of this which I can live with as a startup. Although I could have achieved this for much less and for the same amount of time I have put in personally. I am disappointed that I can't have certain features such as a place for customers to upload documents or download documents from the site, it's a pretty basic feature. I haven't asked if I can use google analytics but my guess is I can't. Mettrr's customer service is excellent which is why I have given 3 stars. They are very attentive and helpful. I won't be renewing after the contract is up as my business will definitely have out grown what Mettrr can offer me, unless of course they increase their product range.
Prompt and courteous service.
The staff has been courteous and accommodating in correcting the many errors but the errors are numerous. Many corrections are needed after each post. It seems no one proofreads the post. I have to point out differences in the original document I send and the content that appears on the website. Unfortunately, searches for flight training in Pine Bluff does not bring up my website. How will anyone see the website?

Found the service very prompt and helpful. We had to request several changes, which is still ongoing, to get the website we wanted. However all requested changes were made very promptly, and the team very courteous and helpful. Need to put some effort in yourself, which is fair enough.

Stay away from METTRR its a terrible company, i honestly mean it. Their webpage and development skills was horrendous. I am web developer myself but used METTRR so i could focus on other core area's of my business. I spoke to mettrr numerous times to correct changes and even worse METTRR made my webpage live without my consent and it was the worse piece of garage i ever saw. I had to move my domain else where. They charged me around £500 for a such a rubbish website. METTRR Communication is extemely poor and even worse is there development Skills. Now i have to pay them even though i moved the webpage else where and i will honour this as im homest but the same.cannot be said for METTRR who are very underskilled. Stay away METTRR very very POOR web Developer and thats a understatement.
I was a rookie when it came to web sites . First I started with Tim Letterman in sales. Now over the last month the Mettrr team and I have successfully turned on Texus Eat A Bowl . Alan and Nuhm at the company took a hold of me and did not let go ! It is totally a Team effort and you make your own breaks ! Don't expect them to do it all , but they will guide you as you learn Dashboard and how to communicate with them ! I would say to anyone needing a web site that the process is on going , never ending , ever changing ! They only offer very basic listings and I could only get 5 pages. They didn't seem to listen to what I wanted and were more interested in selling me add-ons than what I wanted. When I explained that 5 pages wasn't enough they said they'd give me an extra one for free, this should have been offered originally if they were able to do it and not just given after a complaint. The designer spoke incredibly slowly and was hard to understand so it was less of a discussion of what I wanted and more him taking in what I was trying to say. I cancelled and designed my own website in the end.

They will promise you the world and deliver ZERO. After transfering my domain to them (from GoDaddy) my website and email was DOWN for 6 WEEKS! I run a salon and book most of my clients via online marketing. I was unable to receive or send emails, and lost all credibility online with SEO I had built over the years. The website they created, which was supposed to be done 3 days after signing up took 6 weeks and was the most pathetic site I have ever seen. The theme looked like I sell bath products, the verbage was written in broken english, stated that I was a company using words like "we" and "us" and even said I sell my own handmade soaps! When I went to cancel they told me my EPP was locked with them for 60 days. I tried to work with them seeing as I was being held hostage. Once my domain lock was expired I called to cancel as I realized they did NOTHING for my SEO and were incapable of creating a website like the one I had made myself using Website Builder. Now they are saying I am locked in with them for a YEAR! I signed no contract and was never told of these "terms and conditions". I have asked many times to be sent this contract to no avail. Their customer service is non existant unless you call to sign up, then they are happy to answer and take your money. I have lost so much money, time and credibility I feel this company should be banned from scamming people and hope this review deters hard working people from making the biggest business mistake of their lives.
