Beware.. This has to be the worst website design company known, the service is diabolical to say the least, unprofessional, incompetent, lack of website design knowledge. They struggle to complete the most simple tasks, which leads me to think, very little experience in this field, very difficult to contact, all ways pushed pillar to post, once they have had your money, that’s it!! You don’t stand a chance,I,m a little lucky, that as the company are based in London,I will be able to address my issues at their office, which is based in London,.avoid at all costs..you have been warned

I signed with Mettrr after long conversations with the sales team in Ireland. Apologies to those I name and shame if I have spelt your names wrong. 1 - I was very clear what I wanted and they agreed it could be done. 2 - They took payment over the phone with a promise my www site would go live in an agreed time line. 3 -Within a few days I got a call from Mexico asking me to confirm all my details and what I wanted from the www site 4 - Within the timescale they provided me with a www site that was nothing like I requested, but sadly at this point I could now no longer talk to sales but had to communicate with Mexico 5 - We agreed the site wasn't right and that I was not sure Mettrr could deliver the package I needed. 6 - I finally spoke with sales in Ireland, Talking with Thomas and Bronwyn, who confirmed Mettrr wasn't the right fit and we should cancel the agreement. 7 - I then had a call with Mettrr's @Sales Director@ who named himself as Steven and he confirmed as a company Mettrr wanted to break away from the 1 man band operations and take on a new market and we where the type of business they wanted to break into. 8 We agreed that honesty is a good policy and I would be prepared to stay with Mettrr and assist in the development of new product ranges - This would be beneficial for both parties in particular mine as I would be highly involved in the development of my own www site - GOOD NEWS 9 - Over the next few weeks - WHILE METTRR continued to take money, I became aware that actually I wasn't getting what was promised and actually I was getting an off the shelve package that i COULD DO MYSELF CHEAPER within 1and1 or WIX (other self build sites are available) 10 - I then spent over 200 man hours speaking with Mexico in order to end this facade. 11 - Eventually Mexico confirmed they didn't have the skill base to do what I needed and that they had so many complaints from clients they couldn't cope with everything. 12 - I spoke with Ireland - Bronwyn and Thomas, who told me they where told and I quote " its company policy that once we sign a customer up, they have to talk with customer services in Mexico" so sorry they couldn't help 13 - Not accepting this as an excuse for poor service and lies I continued to call them, cancelled my DD with the bank and told Mexico to stop. 14 - I was then promised by Thomas (Tucker as they call him) that someone from the HO in London would phone me, guess what never happened. 15 - I was then promised they wouldn't take any more money - Guess what they tried and even sent me an email asking why the DD had been stopped. 16 - I then spoke with Mexico who then informed me that, it was with London but they didn't have the power to stop the contract, despite them confirming METTRR COULD NOT DELIVER ANY WWW SITE THAT WASN'T BASED ON A PLATFORM ALREADY IN PLACE!!! 17 - I called Ireland again and messaged them via their online chat and to say I was fobbed off would be an understatement 18 - Eventually I tracked Thomas down again and he was very apologetic and said I would get my boss to call - guess what NEVER HAPPENED 19 - Bronwyn CONFIRMED THAT Mettrr SHOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN MY BUSINESS ON AS THEY CANNOT DELIVER A WWW SITE ABOVE A MICRO BUSINESS AND THE GUY WHO SOLD ME THE WWW SITE Cillian WAS NO LONGER EMPLOYED BY Mettrr 20 - Finally I get a call from Sara in Mexico agreeing the contract was terminated and I would get my money back. At this point I said thank you and I wished them all the best, but suggested they advertise what they can do in the market place they are good at Micro BUSINESS/ locally driven with no more than 1-2 employees. I agreed I would not public shame Mettrr as it was not my style and we would chalk this down to a learning curve for both business - along the lines "if it looks to good to be true - it probably is"!!! DID IT END THERE - NO 1 Mettrr instantly and I mean instantly (with minutes) took the site down - not an issue - but that was the quickest they had ever reacted to any issue 2 Mettrr still HAVENT RETURNED MY MONEY, so I am now going to have to fight that - MORE MAN HOURS 3 Mettrr are still trying to take DD - SARA CONFIRMED SHE HAS SORTED THIS?? SO MY FEEDBACK 1 Use the service if you are a small micro business and need something quick in the sky. 2 Do not pay up front. 3 Dont expect something better than you could build yourself, but they will do all the back end stuff you may struggle with. 4 Be prepared to continually work with they guys in Mexico (really nice guys) to get the site ready for your market place. 5 You get what you pay for!! MY RESPONSE TO THE METTRR RESPONSE Thanks for the well worded response Mettrr, but sadly this is where it falls down. 1 I was very clear from the outset what I required, even telling the sales team not to sign my company up if you couldnt deliver. 2 I was very clear with your Sales Director what my company wanted and again said do not sign me up if you cannot deliver 3 I cancelled the agreement within 14 days as I knew Mettrr couldnt deliver and it was Mettrr - Ireland - Mexico and senior management who pushed the contract to continue. 4 This is where your issue start - Mettrr team take no ownership, the company is investment back as you can see on Companies House, the Ireland team are sales performance driven and Mexico are platform drag and drop, so the company isnt joined up nor does anyone in the company take ownership - EXAMPLE you signed of your response "The Mettrr team" because no one wants to put their head above the parapet!!! TRUTHFULLY This service could be amazing if sold right and delivered correctly. Marketed to the right clients, delivering to ts capabilities and managed well, you could growth 5 fold year on year - What METTRR need to employee someone who can join the dots, a customer serviced leader who can train both sides of the company to deliver the concept and micro manage the process for the market sector you are going after. What you have is clever, but what you like is control - infrastructure and management, get that in place and the your business will be untouchable. SALES IS SIMPLE YOU HAVE A PRODUCT - WHAT CAN IT DELIVER YOUR CUSTOMER HAS EXPECTATIONS DOES THE PRODUCT MEET THE CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS? DO YOU HAVE A STRUCTURE IN PLACE TO MATCH ALL OF ABOVE?? DELIVER ON YOUR PRODUCT AND MEET THE CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS GOOD BUSINESS MODEL = PROFIT PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT REVIEWING THE PRODUCT, I AM REVIEWING THE BUSINESS AND ITS THE BUSINESS THAT LETS THE PRODUCT DOWN AND THIS IS A VERY EASY FIX - YOUR MARKET PLACE NEED METTR TO GET IT RIGHT BECAUSE THEY HAVE TOO MANY UNKNOWNS AND WANT TO CONCENTRATE ON GROWING THEIR OWN BUSINESS NOT CHASE YOUR GUYS I AM MORE THAN HAPPY FOR YOU TO REACH OUT!! - BUT WHATS THE POINT OF REACHING OUT IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CHANGE??

This is the TITANIC of Web designers. Its taken month for them to understand that I am selling tickets for a one day event. At one point someone on this incredibly dire team advertised me as able to organise events for others and that I offer firework displays, food, bands etc and that all of my clients are so happy with my work. ALL COMPLETE FABRICATION ON THEIR PART. The site at present is apalling and so after taking my two late payments out of my account ( late because I refused to pay for such unpro like rubbish) they have still not got it live which is costing me money from potential customers. They are holding my domain name to ransom by refusing to let me have it until I pay next several months money effectively bullying me into giving them my money for sub standard work. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST is my advice.

Helping my dad out with a website for his clay pigeon shooting business and Mettrr couldn't have been more helpful. My dad gave me the job of sorting the website out but even I didn't know where to start to be honest! I have found my journey smooth so far and it's so easy to make changes. The website was up in less than 2 days and the first draft was spot on - exactly what I asked for. I've made a few changes since then and they were made quickly and correctly. Would recommend Mettrr to anyone!
