I originally heard about this company from a colleague who had used their services and only had great things to say. I went to them to enquire about repair of a family heirloom, which they were able to assist with (that was a really big deal for us, so thanks guys!!). They were able to give me a lot of information about our heirloom and took the time to explain to me what the problem was. They are very knowledgeable people and while I was probably monopolising a lot of their time, they didn't rush me and made the whole experience very educational for me. Impressed with their professionalism and quality of service (and slightly jealous of my colleague's new timepiece), I decided to purchase a new one myself! I would recommend these guys to everyone, they are true professionals in their field, easy to talk to and provide great afterservice. Once again a huge thanks guys, I will be returning soon!
