If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Bought the Mini wood lathe believing all the Chinese wood lathes are probably from the same factory just different colours and buying direct from the UK supplier would help if things went wrong . After 20 minutes of use the capacitor started melting and dripping onto the workbench with a burning smell. Contacted Lumberjack who offered to send me a new condenser for me to fit (even though it was hard wired into the motor)! Having stripped it to investigate if it was replaceable without stripping the motor I discovered the belt pulley was lose. I rang them 3 days later to explain I would need a new cover as that had a big hole in it as well and was told it had "Just been picked". 10 days later still waiting for the parts. If its not repairable by me that's another few weeks of waiting while it goes back for a refund. I expected problems as it was cheap, but was hoping for a more rapid response to a two week old machine after 20 mins use.

I visited LumberJack Tools in Wolverhampton, because my Table Top Bench Saw Blade had come loose. I thought I may need a new Blade. However, when explaining the problem to the receptionist, I had been overheard by another member of staff who took a look at my machine. "I can sort that within half an hour" he said. And he did ! Superb service ! A highley worthwhile and pleasant experience. Thankyou.

Although I’m perfectly happy with my other lumberjack purchases, the 20v plunge saw had some issues. The base plate had indentations and scuffs also the opening for the blade on the base plate has edged which hadn’t been deburred, and subsequently damaged some surfaces.
