Nice range of products and various discounts, but delivery times have been insanely long since this spring. It takes them several days to ship and it’s not even a sales period now! So if you choose standard delivery option it will take you about 1,5-2 weeks to get your order delivered! It’s unacceptable in 2024!

I received my Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana and I noticed immediately that the product is broken. The big Box where it was sent had no damage it was intact, but the box of the product was open and the label was removed! It still there but removed off the product. It seems not to be a problem of transport because again, the package was intact, but of the shop because this article was evidently opened before packing. They say in the website explicitly that products with the label off won't be refunded, now what? THEY SENT IT THIS WAY!
