It should be free for example above 50€ or 100€. It is the only reason I don’t buy frequently and that’s why the 3*, otherwise it is 100*!!!

I ordered several Tom Ford and Missoni items from Luisaviaroma and had to return a couple of things. The overall service was easy and quick and the return was processed promptly. I’m deducting a star because they only offer a £16 express delivery option to the UK, and no standard delivery, and because I had to print out a lot of paperwork to send the parcel back. If this was fixed I’d use Luisaviaroma more often.
They no longer have real customer service representatives; everything is handled by AI, even the email responses. Although different names are used, all replies come from AI. If you want to inquire about product details, there won’t be a real person to respond and the information is sure to be incorrect because they won't check the product details. With such poor service, they might as well just shut down. Who would take the risk of trusting them?（Response to ‘LUISA VIA ROMA’）

Vi chiedo gentilmente di risolvere immediatamente la situazione, effettuando il rimborso e fornendomi un aggiornamento chiaro e definitivo.
