Luisaviaroma sent me defective Saint Laurent earrings, I made return same day it was delivered, return was delivered to luisaviaroma last week. Yesterday wrote email to customer service requesting info about my refund, still no answer. Shouldn't it be priority for return procedure for defective items?

I’m always satisfied with my experience with LVR, good prices, good service and good customer service. The only negative thing is the shipping cost which is better to be adjusted because many of other competitors offer free shipping after a certain price point.
The shoes were wonderful, but the scarf were smaller then I read on site( no, 70cm, but 62 cm)
