I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchases. Firstly, I find it extremely unreasonable to require a minimum purchase of 200 euros for deliveries to Norway. This restriction is absurd and poorly thought out. Moreover, in my last order, a high-end product from Brunello Cuccinelli was delivered in poor condition, with damaged buttons. While I appreciated receiving replacement buttons, I now have to bear the cost of having the shirt repaired, as you refused to cover this expense. Despite providing proof of the issue, no compensation was offered, not even a discount on future purchases. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and this may well have been my last purchase, considering the 200 euros spent and the poor quality control in the shipping process.

A while back I ordered several pairs of shoes to include heels and platforms. I returned a BLACK pair of heels as it was small, and asked for a size larger. In turn, what I received was a size 9 but a WHITE pair of heels. I contacted them several times for an exchange to NO avail. I will not order or recommend colleagues to order from them. Customer service is fine if you are placing an order but returning for a refund from them is not an option.
