signed up for perks long time ago; cancelled with no problem the first time. ordered from ltd and did not sign up for perks again but suddenly am being charged $14.95 every month. have been trying to cancel this perks unsuccessfully for months. they keep telling me they can't find my account but that $14.95 comes off my credit card faithfully every month! don't know what to do to get it canceled!
get catalogs and emails all the time i ordered online got my product , NOW I AM BEING CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD EVERY MONTH FOR THEIR PERK PROGRAM THAT IN NO WAY DID I SIGN UP FOR!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS SO CALLED SUBSCRIPTION FOR MONTHS BEWARE!!!!!!!!
I just called LTD and you need to call their main number and then click for the perks line. (847) 423-4290. I told the rep that I want this stopped and never authorized and want a refund. She told me that they can only refund six months back!!!!!!!!!!! I am now going to go to the BBB site and report them, this needs to stop!
If I could give a zero I would. My bank account is being charged $14.95 per month for at least 7months. This was discovered when auditing my account. I never signed up for nor did I authorize LTD to charge the $14.95. I want this LTDPERKS charge to stop and for this subscription (I never approved) to be cancelled.
Since I was unable to use Ltdperks.com & phone was having "technical difficulties" since April 13, 2023, I called Discover where my membership was being charged and opened a dispute. My April payment was credited back to my account and a stop payment was put on my account for Ltd perks. I loved Ltd perks & hate to see the program go. I DO NOT like the way they handled things & continued to charge my credit card for a program I no longer had access to!
I have been blocked for several days, I have contacted perks and commodities several time (at least 7) and no one will respond to me.
I have been blocked from the website and cannot log in to my account. All phone numbers are useless and I've sent emails to get help and have not gotten an answer as to what is going on. I'm not happy and I better not get billed the monthly fee! Lula Hamburg
I always loved this program but am extremely confused. I can’t get to my account online, calls say they are having technical difficulties, yet they still took the $14.95 out of my account. How do I teach them? This has been for a month now.
I am a big fan of the ltdperks program. I have only had a few issues (namely if you buy something online and submit that receipt but also make a purchase in store when you go to pick it up you can't submit both receipts for the day). However I also had to dig around to find out about the bankruptcy once the page was blocked. I have tried calling numerous phone numbers to find out if I will be refunded my April fee since I was unable to submit my receipts or if the program will be up again soon? I also had approved claims that we're not paid out yet before the page stopped working. It's been impossible to get ahold of anyone and the support email is unusable as well. I left a message on the number provided but no one has called back . I see the LTD commodities site is back up now. I really hope the program is able to continue! Edited to add: pretty sure they did not charge me for May but I just got a charge for June. Still not able to reach website or anyone via 800 number. Is it coming back or no?
I have used this program for years and was sad to see I was blocked their web site was also down but is now back up and running maybe Perks will be too🤞
I've been a member if LTDPerks for almost 3 years and today when I tried to get on the site it said it was blocked. After researching I found a letter dated April 11th stating LTD Commodities is filing bankruptcy and could be months until resolved. I got charged my $14.95 monthly fee on April 11th the same date as the letter so now I'm wondering if I will be charged every month and the program is no longer available or is their way to cancel the membership? They give a phone # but need to leave a message unless you owe them a bill. The number is (303)309-2511. If anyone hears any news on what is going on would love yo hear what anyone finds out.
I used to like this program; however, as someone else commented it has been nonaccessible for about a week now. I've been searching daily and finally discovered today that it appears ltd Commodities went bankrupt. I really hope we are not getting charged the monthly fee since we cannot access our accounts and therefore cannot cancel them either!
I love the program but have been blocked from getting into it for the last few days and when I try to access the customer support via email or phone I can't get through there either. Has been saying they are having phone issues for days.
I love LTD Perks and usually hit the max every year for $2500. I was extremely disappointed to receive an email that the benefit was decreasing by $1500 year and only a months notice this was going to occur. My email stated my benefits would continue and no claim declined until 5/1. Well all the claims I am submitting are being rejected. Why would you decrease the amount so drastically? I could understand $500 this year and $500 next year etc. But $1500 all at once going from $2500 to $1000 was extreme. VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE DECISION!!!!

I love getting a check from LTD Perks. I just send in receipts for groceries, fuel, and household items. Fortunately, just about every store I use is a Perks retailer. I get money back just for purchasing items I would buy anyway. It’s a win win!!
