Last month my account was deleted without the decency of an email to me. When I inquire as to the status, they told me my credit card had expired. That was not true because we have not had a change in our credit cards in over a year. They did remedy the situation and were very nice about it. They also did pay out any amounts owed during that time. So that was very accommodating. I do not like how they change the available vendors all the time without any notice. One day Weis market is excepted, the next day you go to submit it and it is gone. It would be extremely awesome if they also had Amazon as one of their retailers. It is nice to see how much money I can save. Especially these last two months when we bought a new house and are trying to furnish it.

I love getting rebates on things I purchase. Easy to submit receipts.

I have been a customer for 2 yrs. And have been very happy with the program until now. One year ago my credit card was stolen so it was replaced and I forgot this company takes payment out directly. So I got cancelled, my fault I understand. Today I found out I have been cancelled again, on the 5th of Oct. I called to change credit card, they said they had it updated. I have been trying to get in for a week to do rebates, called company and they cancelled me again. Reading one of the reviews they say you have to cancel the account if you need to updated your credit card. This is crazy, and annoying I don't understand what kind of practice this is. Really upset over this.

I honestly didn't think I'd reap very many rewards by using Perks--until I received the check! Pretty cool!

I do not know how exactly I got signed up for this, assume it was when I bought something a month or so ago. I did notice until I saw it came out of my account. I emailed customer service to cancel and they emailed back that they did with the date it was effective, then still charged me again after.

I think this is of great value. Easy to submit receipts once you've done it a couple times.

I am writing this review because I like the LTD Commodities Perks program it's a nice & a good way to make a little extra money

I like the program overall but I feel it would better serve its members by posting a monthly rolling total of account balance instead of posting each amount added to the account..I also feel more merchants should be added..

This has been great and I have received checks promptly.
