I placed a $100.00+ order on Oct 29th. I was told I would received multiple shipments as some items were on back order. This was no problem. Unfortunately, the Sherpa hoodie that was received was marked Large it was no bigger than a Medium. Therefore too small for me. I spoke with Carlos on Nov. 8th who assured me there would be "no charge for return". At this time I cancelled the order for the Flannel jacket as I believed it too would be small. I returned the hoodie via USPS on Nov 17th. Checking for my credit on Dec 8th I spoke with Gerami (sp?) who checked and stated a credit for $12.03 was pending. I explained the credit was to be $19.99 as Carlos, on my prior call, stated the return fee of $7.99 would be waived. She said No, and I would be charged. Discussed my conversation with Carlos which she told me the documentation of the call did not included me not being charged. Sadly, she refused to honor Carlos promised. This is NOT good customer service and for $7.99 you have lost a customer. As I told Gerami I will never order from you again!!!

This program is a great way to earn an extra 5% cash back on everyday in-store and online purchases. All you do is scan you receipts from the participating merchants that you shop at and then submit them through the LTD Perks website. On the website you are able to search through a list hundreds of participating merchants and view your accumulated savings. Each month you are sent a paper check you can cash at the bank. I have been with the program for about 8 months now and love it. Would definitely recommend!

LTD is a great place to trust and they supply you with a rebate program if you’re needing that. I rate them as a number one rebate program with no issues and their products also are wonderful.

They put the wrong item in for return.

So Far it has gone well. Not really been long enough to see if it is worth it. I will review again later after Ive used it for a while.

It's been an easy process to submit rebates. Payments are always on time.

Last year I gave perks 5 stars because of the ease this year I had to change to 3 stars because you can no longer shop LTD from the link and you have to remember to print your order and file for you rebates. Please bring the link back and make it easy again. Thank you

I really do love LTD Perks but I only have 1 complaint. I own a small business and most of my items I get from Walmart. To save a trip I’ll get my groceries & household items on my personal card and then I’ll purchase my business items with my business card. Therefore, I’m only able to claim 1 of those receipts. Not to mention, Black Friday items are limited quantities so I had to make several transactions. Once again; can’t claim them all. At $500 a piece, claiming all transactions would be nice. Same day, different times. It should be acceptable.

You get 5% back on most places you shop anyway, and 10% on certain merchants; plus you get your shipping charges reimbursed. It's easy and convenient, and that check comes in handy!

This is a total SCAM!! Nowhere did I signup for the Perks. They continued billing me even after I contacted them. Do not sign up for LTD Commodities Perks!!

I kept seeing charges on my account but no 10% etc credit. 14 .95 for nothing
