Every experience I have had with LTD has been great. Most of the products I have gotten from them have been exactly what I expected but there has been an occasional “dud”. Their customer service people have taken care of my issues kindly, quickly and trouble free. A 5 star in my book!
LTD Perks is a great program with a lot of options. I would have given a full five stars, however, after the first month of submitting rebates and receipts and having them accepted or declined within a few days, it now takes an average of 2 weeks or so. Overall I love the program and it is well worth the monthly fee. If claim acceptance was a little more expedient, it would be much better.
I have been a long-time purchaser of LTD Commodities and shame on me for not verifying my bank statements of the past several years of LTD Perks charging me $14.95 per month for "Free Shipping". I have never seen the "Sign up for Perks and get Free Shipping". I canceled these very charges last year and once again, they showed up on my bank statement. Furthermore, I have never received any notification on the "benefits" of this charge. At least with Amazon, when I pay $99 a month, I get free shipping (and that is only $8 a month)! Very frustrated and feel like I was taken advantage of...AGAIN! I will NOT be buying from LTD ever again.
Don't order from this company!!! You will get signed up for a service that your not aware of. You will be billed $14.95, a month and when you cancel, the customer service rep will hang up on you, not giving you a refund for the service you didn't agree to sign up for or to be billed for. Shipping is terrible! DON'T DO IT!
BAD STORE!!! I can't believe it takes SO LONG to ship the items. I do not recommend buying from this online store. They will lose their patience waiting for your product to be shipped to them. Apparently the shipments are prepared by a turtle but to collect they are super fast. 😡😡😡😡😡
Unbelievable! They state in bold letters sign up for our perks and get free shipping. WRONG. You have to submit a claim, and then will get discounted rebates on future shipping. Their shipping charges are horrendous to begin with, now this fraudulent practice of charging $14.95 a MONTH. I am going to report to the better business bureau well.
I didnt sign up for a membership but it charged me twice-i cancelled it just now HOPEFULLY they dont contiune charging me
This is a scam! I did NOT sign up for it and yet they charged my card 14.95 a month for nothing! I don't even know what the "perks" are. I will NEVER order anything from LTD again. All cheap stuff anyway.
The "Perks" program from LTD, commodities is a great way to collect some dollars on your purchases. For instance if you buy an item from LTD you can then re-coop the shipping cost, plus you will have a percentage of your subtotal price placed into an itemized listing. You record the merchant, subtotal, date purchased, etc. When you have reached a total of $10 a check will be sent to you in that amount. If you purchase more merchandise you accumalate more. dollars in increments of $10 paid and the rest stays until the next month. The Perks program costs $14.95 per month and is not taken from your accumulated dollars, rather it is a seperate payment. You can cancel anytime with no hassel.Have fun collecting a bit of extra money to spend!
At first, was great re getting rebates. An issue, was told not valid & I resubmitted & CALLED-person did not seemed to know what I was talking about. I have continued using rebates because of some stores that are listed I utilize quite a bit. I have not had any other problems
Works great, just didn't understand why a Marshall's store receipt was declined when it is part of TJ Maxx store.
I had 14.95 on my credit card bill! I don’t remember signing anything about joining perks! It must be a gimmick! I had the same thing taken out of another online company I ordered from and didn’t know I had signed up! This is totally ridiculous and I would advise everyone to keep an eye on all credit card bills!!
Only been a member a short time, but have found the system easy to use and LTD Perks extremely responsive. It was no time before my first check arrived! Thank you!

Placing an order is easy, the site is user friendly and there is an extensive range of products which are decently priced. Delivery is exceptionally fast.
A charge to me offset by very little return I see
SOMETIMES IT TAKES ABOUT TWO MONTHS OR MORE FOR THE PAYOUT SOME OF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM. ORDERED ONE OF THE SINGLE TABLES THAT WAS ON SALE (THIS WAS ABOUT A YEAR AGO) THE ONE YOU CAN EAT OFF OF AT A CHAIR, IN SEALED BOX BUT THE SCREWS TO PUT IT TOGETHER WERE NOT IN THE BOX. EMAILED LTD BUT NEVER HEARD BACK. THE TABLE IS STILL IN THE BOX AND WAS PUT UP SOMEWHERE.
I never received my refund for shipping and 10% on items I ordered from LTD. I only received a receipt with the items and their prices on it, but no shipping and handling even though I paid it. I filed a complaint and when told I did not provide the correct documentation I explained that I never received any. Never got any respond or action on this matter.
