Although I do rcv a check for MOST rebate amounts, customer service is NOT highly trained on issues of incorrect amounts or left over balances above $10. I never rcv a call back from the upper level, when requested. So if u don't mind paying $15 a month, but having to balance your own account, then this is an OK rebate program.
I am very happy to have the membership. It has been good and successful experience thus far. The efficiency of the program and great communication results in a chance to obtain rewards from my shopping experience. Thank you!

I have only been a perks member for 1 month now. I received my first check last week for $94.28! Keep up the great work and I'll keep sending in my receipts. We have a large family so any extra money we could take in helps. And I think this is what the perk program is designed for.
Only exception would be the ship time wish it was a little quicker

I love this program. I send my forms and in very little time they are approved. The check is in the mail.
I'm very pleased with the program. My only complaint is it is not clear exactly which items are denied ..sometimes only part of a receipt is accepted.
I love the LTDPERKS program. Friendly customer service. Usually get a response within 2 days to solve an issue.

Great service, but there a lot of stipulations which seem to be trial and error for learning which receipts qualify and which are denied. It’s slightly overpriced in my opinion, should be $2-3 less per month for me to maximize my benefits. It’s probably great for someone who does a lot of online shopping.
I love LTD Rewards.
I would give the program a 5 star rating if it was not for my claims taking longer than 3-5 weeks to become approved. When I reach out, I am told that supervisors will call me but they do not. I have gotten a check from May, but it was not for the full amount due to not having all claims approved.
After ordering on your website. I have found that you have been charging me 14.95 for the past 3 months. I 100% did not authorize these charges.
