Great gift card
We ordered and paid for an artificial Christmas tree. They were unable to supply the one ordered but very kindly offered to supply a larger and more expensive tree at no extra cost. We are delighted with the tree.

Excellent service
Tree from Longacres has not lasted well. It is not taking water needles have gone crispy and looks terrible and that was before the week of Christmas We bought another from a different vendor and that is taking up water and still looking great! Won't bother next year.

Always used Longacres when I lived around the area. When I moved to Gerrards Cross we carried on using the store when we needed something special. We’ve now moved to Wiltshire and still make a point of ordering special items and looking around when we’re around the area, a great place with many individual products that cannot be bought elsewhere.
