Not the best experience with Longacres Click and Collect. Firstly no confirmation email that the order was ready until after 9am on the date of collection (I had to chase on the day before travelling). Collection was slick but on returning home, I found both items were faulty with parts missing off both of them. This should have been obvious and checked by the picker. Emailed for resolution and eventually offered partial refund as unable to get back to the store and only one was available for exchange.

Order arrived on time and recipient was delighted. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were fewer flowers &or greenery instead a big bow that was not evident in the online picture or description.

I was pleased with the carnations but the pack of 8 white carnations was only 7 .so that was disappointing.
