Don't sent trees completely bear when they shouldn't be yet and don't send dry as a bone ,no wonder the poor trees all dropped their leaves. Trees need water. Not impressed this time.
Delivery drivers were very friendly and on time. How ever the turf was ripping in his hands. I said it looked thin and was reassured it would be fine and will knit together. Less than 3 weeks and my turf has 14 large patches of POA (grass weed) I emailed and they went to there supplier to come back to me to say cut it or cut it out with a knife. It’s week weeks old. I didn’t purchase new “premium quality turf” to have weeds within 3 weeks. I do not feel this is premium quality turf. My parents had purchased some 1 month before and it was a lot thicker than what I received and looked a lot healthier, Next year when I do my back lawn I will go else where. Shame I use to spend over £200 a month easy in the shop. I think I’ll find another garden centre. Because I’m so disappointed!
