Longacres Garden Centre delivered our super Christmas tree on the appointed day and time. The tree is a perfect size and shape. Green all over, with no broken branches. Very reasonably priced. Courteous and helpful staff. Totally satisfied customer.
Fantastic customer service and advice given when I ordered my Longacres Wicker Two Part Detachable Christmas Tree Skirt. Ordered on Monday 16 December and delivered Wednesday 18 December. Really pleased with the product.

Excellent product and price. I was replacing a smaller similar Christmas tree that I had bought from Cox and Cox. The new tree is of similar quality and almost half the price! Very happy.
Great price for product purchased. As described and delivered within time frame. Only negative would be not informed when item had been shipped but as this made no difference to advised deliver date then can’t fault.
Had ordered flowers in advance to be delivered to a friend but unfortunately she passed away before they could be delivered. When ringing to try and cancel the order the lady I spoke to was so understanding and sorted everything very efficiently and with compassion. I do visit the garden centre and the plants, shrubs and cut flowers are second to none. A great company with knowledgeable staff.
