Good choice on show, and informative staff. Shame the delivery drivers command of English was not so good. The slabs were delivered within the time slot as expected, but I ended up showing where I wanted them put down using sign language. Otherwise they would have been right in the centre of the entrance!

A couple of weeks in advance, I was able to choose the delivery date for a free sample paver, to coincide with my return from holiday. The sample arrived on time as promised - and was just what I needed, so I'll be putting in an order. Great service.

Easy placing an order and kept up to date with delivery details

Excellent range of tiles, coping and flagstones. Really helpful displays and approachable staff. Loved the ability to ask questions and contact LS over whatsapp. A quick and responsive service. Delivery was straightforward and the porcelain paving tiles we bought were excellent value and look great.

We only wanted a small quantity for a fireplace, but were treated as a highly valued customer none the less, and you don't get that level of service many places these days. We also needed to use their cutting service for our order and that too was done with perfection. I cannot fault their products and service and will certainly use them again.

Only part of our order was available for collection. It was a huge battle with the customer service team to try and get the rest of our order released. They refused to believe that it wasn't all completed, despite showing emails from London Stone stating that our order was incomplete. Customer service teams were not helpful and it had to be escalated to a manger who also couldn't help. 124 of the clay pavers were chipped or damaged. The black slate bull nosed steps were also damaged and needed to be cut to level off the edges. We spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to speak to a customer service agent. As a trade customer, this is extremely disappointing. We won't be purchasing again.

Different batch from the original batch I bought. Pallet it arrived on was completely broken and all slabs had slumped to one side.
