Excellent service when we visited the showroom

The quality of porcelain I bought was good, but the service quality is poor, I bought enough porcelain with 10% extra, however my builder still worried it is not enough due to porcelain break while cutting. I contacted London Stone to explicitly said I need to buy 2 extra with same batch, initially I choose delivery but it get delivered in 2 days and send me the quote, however I managed to squeeze my time to go to their distribution center to pick up and I informed them before I go. Upon arrival, the staff said the order is cancelled and helped me to create new order, I finally get the extra. Unfortunately, I found that colour is different after my builder finished the installation. Then I contacted London Stone and they told me that it is different batch and the cause is due to I didn’t make their picker to aware the batch number, so this is my fault and refused to compensate by resending me one porcelain with correct batch and required me to place another order, completely ridiculous, not responsible and trustworthy company. Update as of 2024/10/30: London Stone provided the replacement slab with same batch as I needed and I picked up on today. Thank you for their kind understanding and action taken.

The products sent were as ordered, but with each order they ask you to declare 5% damage is acceptable, otherwise no order. In my order of 9 bullnose steps, 1 was chipped, so over 10%, but they don't didn't accept the return at time of delivery. Following the review above, to their credit, London stone agreed to replace the chipped items supplied, noting the 5% damages clause didn't apply to steps etc. The damaged items were swapped promptly to allow for our current timing on laying the product supplied.

A short notice, complicated order dealing with two clients, dealt with patience and understanding. Jennie and Ellie were superb!
