I am definitely one to shop around for the best prices for my clients, but London Stone is generally pretty competitive, pricing is transparent which is really helpful when putting quotes together...but what makes London Stone really stand out, in addition to dependable quality of their products, is their delivery service, which is on point! Delivery turnaround is good, tracking is reliable, and every driver I've ever had in 15 years or more of deliveries has been very willing to do whatever was possible to accommodate our wishes, often saving us hours of manual labour as a result. I could go on about other positive aspects of working with London Stone, but I'll save it for another time! Very dependable all round!

I contacted London Stone after seeing a product I liked on the website. The person I spoke to in Customer service were so knowledgable and helpful. I ordered the exterior garden tiles and I couldn’t be happier. They are perfect. I went for the factory sealing option, which was a great time saver. I would have no hesitation to order from London Stone in the future.

First order came with wrong cope size, 40mm instead of 25mm which was rectified a week later however this delayed job completing and ultimately added finance costs. We then asked for a date for slabs to be delivered before placing order and was told the 18th for delivery which was around a week sooner than their website suggested which we appreciated and compensated for their mistake originally. Now the order has been placed & money taken, we have been told they won’t be delivered for a further 8 days on top of the original 18 days because they have people on holiday. No compensation or future discount offered when we have spent over £8000 so far. Pretty disappointed and having second thoughts on using this company for the next batch of material needed shortly.

London Stone has set the standard extreme quality and affordable for the masses, they dont care about numbers, its about communication and the customer, im so happy Ill be working with this company!

We are really pleased with the quality and look of our porcelian slabs from London Stone. It was great to visit a showroom so we could view them as they would be on our patio and even better to take a sample away for our builder. Delivery was quick and easy, and when we had to reorder the grout as we had run out, it arrived the next day. A really great experience from start to finish.
