We loved our tours with Eric! It was so fun to walk about Rome stopping to learn about wine and eat pairings. We learnt so much! We loved our tour so much that we did it 2 times - trying different wines and learning even more about Rome. What a treat! We had so much FUN.

I love my Casa Local Aromas cooking school and all of the people involved. I have been fortunate enough to travel to Italy several times and have, like most, fallen in love with the culture, the food, the art, the people and, well...everything. And that's one of the nice things about Casa Local Aromas! It's not just a language class or a cooking class. You receive playlists of songs, there are live events, and there are wonderful recipes and cooking classes both live and on video. Even the live events are recorded so you can view if the live timing does not work out. And it's just a wonderful bargain for all of the amazing content, fun, and education. I love my subscription and look forward to every week when I can learn and experience more. And every time I do, I almost feel as if I am back in Bella Italia. When visiting Rome in the summer of 2021, I’ve had the most amazing experience of a private cooking class with the Local Aromas team. This was an all ages experience my mom, son and a friend had a wonderful evening cooking and learning local dishes.

We took two tours with Local Aromas: The Gelato Tour and the Wine Tasting - Lazio Wines. The Gelato tour is delicious, we walked around Rome and visited places we otherwise would have missed. The guide is very knowledgeable and fun! Local Aromas is very careful in their selection of places, we only visited very traditional and high quality ingredients gelatos and deserts. Although Rome has many great places for good foods, it also has plenty of tourist traps. The Wine tasting experience was also fabulous. The Sommelier is very friendly and entertaining presenting lots of interesting information. And the wines were fabulous and of a region I did not know before!
