Really easy to get hold of someone - line wasn't great but that isn't their fault. Dealt with my request to update some DD details, a day later got an email follow up to confirm details had been updated. Spot-on!

Great technical customer support. I called with an issue with my Internet connection. The customer service was just great. No waiting times over the phone and Ian make sure the issue was solved. He scheduled follow on calls to make sure the issue was resolved.

Had an issue of weak WiFi signal in some rooms. LitFibre sent an engineer to install a booster within a few days. Since then signals have improved tremendously and there is no issue of weak signal anywhere in our house. The support provided for this issue was timely and excellent. It was always nice to communicate with Ian during this time.

I needed to enquire about setting up a Static IP Address. I sent the enquiry and Kaloyan replied within minutes. This request was completed straight away, no hassle & no fuss. Great service.

Shocking communication. Booked the day off work and agreed install date 05/08 so i can be there to advise engineer on location of drilling into my property. Why on earth have they turned up unannounced 18/07 ? There is a gas pipe and radiator behind the old redundant BT cover. This would have been a disaster had i not been able to stop them drilling via my ring doorbell. To think i was going to enter a 24month contract with a company that cant follow simple instructions. Very disappointed they seem to be in a rush to get the install done without a care in world for peoples property or requirements. Ive now cancelled and staying with virgin media. Update(Customer support has been in touch. Hopefully turning this problem around.)

Update** The installion lasted week. Another engineer was sent out suggesting it hasn't been done properly. New holes were made. Done in July so just over 2 months the Internet has gone down in total 5 times! I work from home. Never spent so much time calling and emailling an internet provider :(. Engineer has been sent out. Hoping this resolved this issue. Thanks to Ian for helping when I've caleb numerous times.

The engineer arrived on time, his work was neat and tidy, everything was explained before any work commenced. All up and running within a couple of hours.

I was going to move back to Virgin Media as they offered a faster speed for less money. Lit Fibre increased my speed and reduced my costs. No hassle, just great service!

I am awaiting for installation of my new broadband and just phone in ( yes you can ring them there is a human speaking as well). Great advice for both setting up and just rescheduling. Hopping the internet will be as fast and good as they say :) I was taking to Larry and Rick both were really helpful.
