Very poor service & push backs with promises to install the service and after 50 days of waiting, they cancelled when the installation service provider demanded a charge of £120.00 which I was more than happy to cover. They decide to cancel the service...which may be a good thing given how poorly they managed everything. My advise, avoid...don't waste your time

Fabulous service, we’ve had lit fibre for a couple of years, never had any issues, customer services are, as you’d expect, super helpful and so I’ve upgraded my package and signed up for another 24 months. Recommended AAA+++

Excellent service through web chat and Iriney was very efficient and responsive. Answered all my questions as a potential customer. I will be coming over and leaving Virgin who are just way too costly and lacking service.

Lit Fibre have been a breath of fresh air compared to some of the major competitors. Their router and mash system is brilliant. Highly reliable, they support team are super easy to get hold of and they are local here in the UK. Touch wood - everything has been very reliable so far and the speed has been very impressive. I would definitely recommend this over any of the other big major brands out there simply because they deliver on what they say they are going to do.

About 10 times my Alexa dropped out yesterday and I had to restart the radio because of poor internet. Just to add insult to injury the company reduced my internet speed whilst putting me into a new contract which I did not agree to. The sooner I move house so I don't have to put up with the stress of this company the better.

Been with Lit Fibre for over 2 years now and had no problems at all. There was an issue a couple of weeks back when some hardware failed somewhere along the line but we were kept informed and the issue was resolved very quickly. Received an email today regarding my contract expiring soon with options to renew. I phoned and spoke with Iro who was very helpful and offered me the best deal he could if I renewed for another 2 years. As the price is fixed with no in contract rises I was happy to renew for a further 24 months. Received a confirmation email from Iro within a few minutes with renewal details. All in all a very easy, pleasant experience and knowing I have a very good deal without the hassle of having to switch supplier.
