The Next Chapter in Our Story: On 14th June 2019, after several months of stock and financial problems finally resulting in the company entering administration, Supreme 88 Ltd acquired certain assets of LED Hut Fulfilment Services Ltd. We at Supreme are dedicated to restoring faith and trust back to the LED Hut name and restoring to former glories.
Getting through to the company has been almost impossible. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still has nto arrived, but courier company (Hermes) advises has been delivered. On phoning the company, despite using ALL of their 4 options in the menu, results in a message to say no one is there. I tried to place a previous order and needed advice but again noone is availabel to discuss this with, despite their advertising regarding being happy to help. I apprecviate these are COVID times but I go to work every day and find ways to work. if they are not abel to support their customers it may be more prudent to simply not accept orders.
DO NOT USE. The company still trading is not honouring warranties even though they are still trading under the same name. Now owners then try and get you to buy more from them even though they are not providing customer support for valid purchases. "a discount can be offered if you would like to purchase replacements via the new LEDHut." what a bunch of bull. You want customers to give you more money for not giving them support. What a joke.
Excellent service along with competitive pricing, have used LED Hut many times and will continue to do so.
