Excellent delivery as always. I ordered batteries at the start of Christmas week and would not have been surprised if there was a delay on delivery due to the time of year and the Pandemic, I was delighted when my full order arrived two days later.

Very good delivered on time dispite being Christmas time.
I was promised delivery of an item on two separate occasions. However having chased LED Hut, I found that the item was not sent on either occasions, and neither was information forthcoming as to reasons for non-delivery. I insisted on speaking with the Manager, to make a Complaint, but although I was unable to speak with her directly, the Customer Service Officer, with whom I spoke, called me back to say that the Manager had agreed to a total refund, and that as soon as the item was back in stock from their Supplier, it would be sent Free of Charge. LED Hut kept their word, and despite the inconvenience, I was pleased with the outcome and the product so far.
