Very prompt dispatch but let down by courier parcel sat with them for several days before delivery. Box badly damaged including the inside light bulb boxes but fortunately they worked. Could do with better protective packaging. Light bulbs as expected, return customer.

Bulbs damaged on delivery LED hut replaced promptly and arrived just a couple of days later.

These bulbs were hard to find - but LED Hut had them and shipped them perfectly. They work as planned.
Fortunately paid for some LEDHut bulbs via PayPal. The invoice was from Supreme Imports T/A LEDHut, Evri was the courier and tracking said out for delivery and then said there was a delay. A week later no bulbs and no further update from Evri. Also no response to phone and email to LEDHut. Pay Pal provided a refund. Simple solution, use another supplier and check they aren’t using Evri.
