Seem to have many lamp failures. . Refund or replacement process too complicated.

Bulbs were delivered with out any notification round the dide of my house in a puddle. Saw the message on my phone 12 hours later. Found package waterlogged been there that long was covered in slugs.bulbs were soaked, not wanting to use them binned them. Sent many E msils to LED hut about them. No personised reply only a automated one...

Sent the wrong link cable for my cabinet lights.
I tried to establish if the lights I was trying to buy were warm white. So i tried phoning and left a voicemail, that didn’t work so then I emailed, that didn’t work either . I did not give up , and tried a few more times, guess what?! Hopeless , awful service , not fit for purpose

I ordered some batteries from Led Hut which failed to arrived. On contacting The Customer Service, they were very helpful and arranged a full refund.
Easy to order online, and quick to delivery. Have used LED Hut previously, but they don't seem to be as competitively priced as they once used to be. Availability of some items was poor.
