We received a great service and a great product, would use again.

I have been a customer of LEDHut for a good while now and at first, they were brilliant. Then the attitude of their staff was very poor so I stopped using them. More recently I wanted an item that I could only find at LEDHut so I thought why not and ordered the item. The package arrived swiftly in good condition, slightly squashed but nothing damaged so I am happy to try them again after leaving them off my goto list for a while. Well done LEDHut great service. The lights are great, the customer is happy, so I am happy.

Batteries all arrived promptly. Christmas lights from the discount section were broken. I have fixed with superglue

The incorrect product was despatched for one of the eight lines on the order. On contacting LED Hut this was quickly resolved and the correct replacement items were received within 3 days.

Easy to use website. You order stuff and it arrives very soon after with no fuss. Been using Ledhut for many years and always had good quality bulbs from them.

Great sellers,5* service,accidentally ordered wrong amount of lights,couldn't add to order but they told me to place an order for more lights and they'd refund the delivery.....great quality products.....LED Hut were recommended to me by a friend who's an electrician by trade and wouldn't want to fit anything but quality products that he feels comfortable with. Good selection of products, good price, free delivery. Only criticism is the amount of polystyrene packaging used.

Been using this site for a few years now and they always have good prices. I also use them in an active effort not to use Amazon! Paying for delivery is a bit much but it's worth to support a smaller retailer. A couple of times when bulbs have failed within the guarantee period they replaced with new without any hassles at all. Definitely recommended.

While the product was to a good standard the service cannot be relied upon. I waited for a delivery which the courier confirm they have not received. I contacted LED Hut via their requested method online. I was met with a confirmation email advising I will be contacted during office hours. I received a vague reply shortly after. Advising simply my product had been dispatched. No reason no explanation. Since then I have had daily a reminder of their office hours.. Fine to use. Just don't expect much in the way of assistance Edit: Given the Poor response below, I am aware my product arrived but not at the assistance of your customer service team. The fact I started my review with a comment about the quality of the product is a good indication it was in fact received. You should read the review before responding. Thanks again!
