The Next Chapter in Our Story: On 14th June 2019, after several months of stock and financial problems finally resulting in the company entering administration, Supreme 88 Ltd acquired certain assets of LED Hut Fulfilment Services Ltd. We at Supreme are dedicated to restoring faith and trust back to the LED Hut name and restoring to former glories.
I've used LED Hut several times in the past. But in November I ordered some bulbs which turned out not to right. I returned them but have had no refund. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to call their customer service line, I've not had the refund. I've now raised a dispute via Paypal and won't be using this company again.
Absolutely disgusting it's totally impossible to get to speak to anyone been ringing now for weeks. I bought spot lights and bulbs from them and 3 of the bulbs only lasted a few weeks I get no response either when I email them terrible customer service
I purchased a large number of LED bulbs a few years ago with a 10 year guarantee 3 have already stopped working. Impossible to talk to them on the phone never answer. E mails are ignored dreadful company. They initially said on an e mail November 2021 I have to provide all order numbers and at my cost send them by post. The bulbs have their name on! They are lumi life complete rubbish. Since December no one responds to e mails or answers the phone!
I bought about 30 bulbs 5 years ago. Some went faulty after a couple of years which they replaced very quickly and i was very pleased. Now my 5 years were nearly up i wanted to report the final 4 that went faulty but no answer on the phone for 4 weeks and no reply to my email sent 3 weeks ago. I now resorted to leave a message on their website. Its a shame because i would have bought more from them again but its not looking good and i cant recommend based on this. Looks like everyone is having the same problem
AVOID : I bought two LED Under Cupboard Lights - unfortunately one pack came without the mounting clips. I emailed customer support and received an answer from Tamara but no action taken. I am very disappointed. Do not expect Customer Service from this company.
First time ordering and happy to give 5 stars. Product was exactly what I was looking for from a trusted brand (I did not want cheap Amazon LEDs). 2 Day delivery. Excellent.
Avoid at all cost! Customer support doesn't exist. Occasional reply from Tamara, but no actions taken. Waiting for a refund for poor quality LED chains (which I returned to them) for over a year now.
I have bought led bulbs from ledhut over many years without a problem until now. Delivery was fine but one bulb was faulty. Followed the returns process and got the standard auto-confirmation email. After over 2 months of emails/letter to them I got no communications and no refund or replacement bulb. I raised a dispute via Paypal and after a further 2 weeks of no communications I escalated the case. Result - I got my refund. Conclusion: Do not expect warranties to be honoured unless you make a fuss and are prepared to take the time to fully document everything about your case.
No reply to my email for a week now. Tried phoning a couple of times and no pick up and no answer machine service. So I must agree with recent reviews posted about this company.
I have received a consignment I didn’t order, but no one answers the phone to resolve. Any one want to buy some led light fittings going very cheap? Ledhut clearly don’t want them back Update. Ledhut answered this review with a phone number to ring. Guess what? They don’t answer this one either. Complete jokers!
I have given LED HUT a fair 2 months and about 8 emails that have gone unanswered to solve my problems with the 30 light bulbs I purchased. I've no bulbs and no sign of refund or shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, try one with a reputation for customer service like ledbulbs.co.uk or Screwfix

Impossible to contact. I have an order oustanding since March and no updates or responses to emails. They also never answer the phone.
Placed an order overnight and realised that i need to change the order. Next day morning called several times to the number on the web site followed by several email. No one answered the phone neither any one responded too my email. Very disappointed.
On this occasion LED Hut has fallen well short of their usual high standards. 9 of 10 of the GU10 lamps supplied are faulty, with each of them flickering within ten minutes of switching them on. Clearly a bad batch and not LED Huts fault. However where they have dropped the ball is the complete absence of customer service. No one picks up the phone. No one responds to voice messages left on their answer phone. No one replies to messages sent via their website and No one replies to emails. I’m left with no alternative other than to return the lamps back with a covering letter and hope that replacements are resupplied. All in all really unsatisfactory. Perhaps this review might get a response.

Update: After posting this review I did get a flurry of activity and responses to my emails and the order was resent, with the same incomplete address but the courier worked it out this time, thankfully. There is no customer service. Phones never answered, emails never read. I have an undelivered order with LEDHUT and it's impossible to contact them about it. About to go to small claims court to get a refund. I'm sure if you get your stuff it will be fine but not worth the risk. Shop elsewhere.
I ordered some LED lights from LED Hut but unfortunately they do not fit my fitting and I wanted to return them. I have emailed 3 times to organise the return (as required in their return policy) but have heard nothing from them.
