Placed my order through Amazon Prime and 15 days later I am still waiting for it. Just a generic message from Amazon delivery tracking page saying your order most possibly lost. Sent 2 messages to the supplier but no answer. Poor.

i still not had my order
I ordered 2 bulbs. After 7 days they had not been dispatched, although the money has been taken from my account. I emailed to find out what was going on and got an automatic reply saying it would take 2-3 days to reply. I am still waiting. Had I known there would be a delay I would have driven to a supplier in my area.
The batch of bulbs sent didn't last. LedHut offered and sent replacements so at least they recognise the problem. Hopefully this set will last their advertised duration.

This was the first time I have used LED Hut. They provided a good service . The bulbs I required were delivered quickly. I would use them again.
I have used LEDhut for all but one of my LED purchases. I changed all 83 bulbs in my house to LED in 2015. They had a 5 year guarantee which was honoured with no fuss when bulbs in one light failed. I am now convinced that the light fixture was at fault rather than the bulb, since the issue occured again in the same fixture. On one occasion I did use a well known DIY shed chain for convenience. I regretted it since that bulb lasted less than 10 weeks. I have been very happy with the service and especially when I needed some specialist advice
