Incredibly fast delivery, even by Amazon standards! Ordered on Friday and delivered Monday morning. Very well wrapped so the roof window arrived in perfect condition. Extremely competitive price and reasonable delivery charges. Would highly recommend this company, sales/technical support excellent.
Some of the roof panels arrived with minor damage to the corners and this combined with the design of the roof made installation really difficult. The design needs edges to go over the roof sheets to aid slotting into the roof beams this would make installation a lot easier

Delivery was within the 15/20 days as advised when ordered. The canopy came in 4 well wrapped parcels without ary damage. Haven't assembled the unit yet due to the high winds and inclement weather.

good company helpful purchased 2 of there roof windows with universal tile and slate flashing not impressed by the slate flashing idea we will see if it keeps water out . realy this universal flashing kit is realy a tile flashing kit and not that brilliant for slates . also no instructions in words only diagrams that are not all they could be and may leave you scratching your head

I needed roof windows for my property and only had a tight budget. I found LB Supplies online and was at first sceptical as not heard of before. I took a chance and am very happy with my purchase. Only 4 stars as had a delay due to several problems making payment through their system. Worked eventually with PayPal. I will definitely use them again though as delivery was prompt and packed very securely.
