The customer service was excellent with this company, always a friendly helpful person available to answer your questions. And I had lots of them! I had to get fitters to put my canopy up as the job was to big for me, the fitters took pictures and are recommending these canopies to their other customers. The day of the canopy fitting we had torrential rain all day, unfortunately some rain water got in one of the panels. This wasn't anybodies fault and LB Supplies were very helpful, they even replaced the panel with the water in for me.

Everything was smooth from start to finish even when I had to order extra that wasn’t a problem, and delivery was very quick
I purchased a timber loft ladder. It arrived promptly and required little effort to install. sadly there was damage to one section which in my opinion was caused during transportation. I sent an email and a replacement part arrived the next day. The ladder looks good and reasonably priced.
My order was delivered on time, but one of the pieces was damaged and unusable. I contacted LB and had a reply saying someone would be in touch, but that has not happened. I await a response. I subsequently phoned and was told the order would be despatched the next day. The replacement arrived one week after the original delivery. Happy with that, but should have had a call to tell me, not me having to call again.
I went with LB Supplies as although not the very cheapest, customer service reviews were really good, 'unlike others'. No stories of lost or damaged deliveries. Made order, then within hours a phone call confirming receipt, then text confirming delivery date, which was honored, with a phone call from the driver and courier office confirming time and coordinating arrival - all very good. Ordered the Oman Loft Ladder after 4:00 PM on Thursday. The item was received at DX depot on Friday, but not delivered on until Monday.
What can I say arrived on time product is 100 quality, would purchase from them again and have recommended to a few friends also.
