I ordered 2 dakia roof windows which arrived with no problem. A few weeks later, I ordered the flashing, once we knew which roof tiles were being used. The wrong kit was sent but as we had no receipt from LB I had to take their word that it was my mistake? Then - I ordered the correct flashing kit and paid £36 extra for next day delivery (morning) but LB would not pick up the previous kits. The builders waited and waited - then we received a phone call to say the kits would not be arriving until the next day. We've had NO REFUND on the extra paid! Unfortunately, the 'wrong' kits were now behind some heavy building materials and it was a few weeks later that we rang to arrange their collection. Initially, they refused to accept them until I mentioned I may write a bad review. THEN - they demanded that we photograph the contents before sending them back. No email was given, so today I rang again. I was told that LB did not accept returns that had been opened!!! How did they expect us to photograph the contents???? Then, we were told we would have to pay a 35% restocking charge PLUS pay for new boxes/shipping PLUS we had to pay for the returns as well!! In other words - they did not want to refund us at all..... All this has been very stressful and I'm utterly convinced that I DID NOT order wrongly in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!
