Really delighted with the loft ladder its solidly built and the quality is definitely there. The unit comes completely assembled so it was reasonably easy to fit if your a diy’r,the packaging was spot on so that once you open the box and undo the bubble wrap the ladder comes away from the loft lid and your away make sure you look at the video a couple of times before you start,in my case i had to make the opening bigger making sure i strengthened the end i cut away with some four by two to match the rafters,all in all I’m very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone
