Ordered the blind to accompany a purchase a couple of years ago. Haven’t fitted it to roof window yet, but ordering was easy and delivery swift. Excellent service (and we highly rate their Aurora roof window).
My roof window arrived and one was damaged trims (couriers fault) and I spoke to someone from LBS and they dispatched new trims straight away. Overall very good service

Delivery was quick and service of staff great when one item went missing at courier depot they arranged a replacement quickly and was delivered on time. Would not hesitate to use them in future
Easy to order online, quick delivery and great product. Only negative thing is I would have preferred it was pre-drilled for fixing to joists.
