Very quick delivery

I received my parcel with 5 Weleda deodorants in it. As I work in a big organisation, a school, it took a few days from the delivery to reach me as I work in a different building from where it was delivered. One of the bottles had not been screwed down properly and it had leaked all over the box. I immediately contacted them by phone and they told me to write an email with a photo. They have refused to replace the item as I did not contact them on the day it was delivered showing no understanding for my position with the parcel not reaching me for 5 days including a weekend when obviously the school was not open. Utterly disgraceful to treat a customer like this

Not great!, I ordered 2 products that I depend on to help my Endometriosis, yesterday I emailed to ask when I will be receiving them as I’d heard nothing to be told there had been a problem with labelling delaying my products being sent?????? Doesn’t sound good does it that the labelling could be wrong?!, anyhow I said ok go ahead and send them and they said they were being dispatched. A couple of hours later I had an email to say that they were “having issues with one of the items in my order” so it had been refunded and the other item sent, I emailed back to ask why I had been previously told they were there just issues with the labelling and they were being sent?!, the reply baffled me… it said my previous reply was a scam email????? I emailed back and said how was it a scam when it came from their email address and was signed by the same person as the person emailing me???. I got another email saying that a colleague had got confused and that one of my items was on the way. I emailed back to say how dreadful this was and that a company dealing with medication shouldn’t behave like this…. This email was ignored. I’m literally stunned by all of this it’s just all very strange and no real explanation, how do you get confused and think something is a scam and how can you have a problem with labelling????, I’ve ordered the missing item from elsewhere ( also to mention the item they told me they can’t send is showing in stock online ) but I may still run out as it took them so long to let me know they couldn’t send one item. I’m still confused as to what the problem was and actually worried what made them mention the word scam? Are my details safe?. The mind boggles and no apology or explanation. You can’t be unreliable or flaky when dealing with medication it’s just totally unprofessional, Won’t be using them again. Landys your reply doesn’t explain why one person said different to another, why it took you days to tell me my pills weren’t in stock, and where on earth you came up with the Scam email thing?!, once again you are dodging an explanation! Really does make you wonder what kind of company you are UPDATE Landys have flagged this review stating they believe it to not be authentic, written evidence sent to Trustpilot to back up what I’ve said. Steer clear of this company
