Two separate orders over the last week have contained vitamin bags that are open and the gummies have spilled out. When I received the first order I was told to take the packet to the Post Office to return. I do not have the time to do this hence ordering vitamins online rather than going to the pharmacy, and it seems rather unfair that I should go well out of my way to sort out a return when a faulty products. I was very disappointed when it happened with the second delivery too! I shall not be returning them so that's money wasted. Obviously I will not be ordering from Landys again.
