I ordered and paid online for some items but there was no invoice or confirmation page confirming my order or payment. My bank app confirmed the payment. I tried unsuccessfully to clarify the payment via telephone but no one was picking the calls. But surprisingly, the Royal Mail contacted me about four days after my order that my order was on its way. I received my order eventually, but the online payment confirmation needs to be improved otherwise as a first time customer from your company I wasn’t sure whether my order went through or not. Thanks

Excellent customer service I bought things from Landys Chemist a few times now and have always been happy with the processing of my orders and delivery, as well as the helpful advice over the phone if I had any queries. Most recently, I made an error in the delivery address when placing a new order online and only realised the fact when I got a notification from Royal Mail about the scheduled delivery! The address I used had a correct postcode but a completely wrong street name. I tried to re-directed the parcel to the correct address via Royal Mail's website, but the parcel got returned to Landys as undeliverable. I called Landys to explain what happened and a very helpful lady asked if I wanted it re-delivered, and I had my parcel a few days later, at no extra cost. Thank you very much, Landys!
