Excellent service. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and emailed as soon as I realised. This was right at the end of the trading day. First thing the next morning I received an email to assure me that the order had been changed as my request. It felt like very personal service and that my order mattered.

I placed an order on 8th December, then cancelled it immediately as I realised I already had the items. I received an email on 9th December confirming it was cancelled & I would be refunded. Well todate ive never received my refund despite numerous emails prompting it.

Order placed online (especially after checking out all the 5* reviews on Trustpilot) on 13Dec23; a week on, I'd received no email/phone call, nothing! I rang to enquire the status of my order; calmy told they would be cancelling my order today & refunding me as they are no longer stocking my ordered product! Great!!! So why hadn't they contacted me sooner to let me know. I wanted the order for Christmas, so doubt I'll get another company to send it now before Monday (Christmas Day). Sorry; this was my first experience with Landys, and will probably be my last I'm afraid. I'm not impressed at all with their service...or should I say lack of it. Had they contacted me the next day after placing the order online, I'd have had time to find another company instead. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have contacted me had I not phoned them today?!?

I ordered my items in good time before I run out of my supplements. I expected my items by Friday 15th December. I am still waiting over a week after ordering. I have run out of my supplements and have been without for 3 days. I emailed Landy Chemist and they informed me they were expecting a delivery of an item on Tuesday 19th December. Why advertise an item available when it isn't?! They withheld the rest of my items instead of posting them out now even though they asked if I needed it sooner, which I replied yes! I asked them to send the ones they have available ASAP and the outstanding on Tuesday. They ignored my request, and it is Wednesday 20th December now and I don't have any of my items!
