The supplements I ordered arrived within the expected time. The outer packaging was a bit damaged, but the supplements themselves are fine
Lamberts Plant sterols arrived on time and a good price. However, I am going to stop using them as they are huge and I nearly choked trying to swallow one. I then tried chopping them in two, still too big, tried quartering them but still didn’t work. I really don’t know how anyone can swallow these which is a shame as they contain a good quantity of the plant sterols.
