I didn’t get a confirmation email from Landys. I emailed them and no one answered me. I wasn't sure if they got my order and I was about to ask my credit card provider to cancel that purchase.
Fantastic service and product
Used a couple of times now, and they are first class. Delivery is very quick, considering so many other companies find delivering to the Highlands too much of a challenge. I will be using Landys again and highly recommend them.
Landys advertised a discontinued item that I was very pleased to find. I phoned to confirm that the item sent would be the one advertised and was assured it would be. When it arrived they had actually sent the updated product that I specifically did not want. When I called to advise them, well actually I had to email as the phone was not answered all day, they assured me the product was the same just new packaging......the new product had 4 listed ingredients - the original had 10 and not one the same! Not to be trusted ,sadly. They have now processed a refund. EDIT: and judging by the reply below it seems I should be grateful they didn't charge for the return of a product I hadn't ordered.
