I have now had 2 bad experiences with Landys. On both occasions I waited over a week and after receiving no despatch notification chased up the order. The first time I was told the items were out of stock and they cancelled the order. The second I was told again the items were out of stock but was promised delivery on the Friday. I asked to be notified of any further delay. I received no notification and when the item still hadn't arrived by Monday and I requested a refund. The items still had not even been despatched. Very poor to sell items that are not in stock and terrible customer communication.
