Why am I posting here on Easter Sunday? Because I got an email this morning asking me to review an item that Landys advertised on their website, which I paid for.... and 1.5 weeks later, Landys had still not despatched it, nor given any indication of when they would: I'm sure NHP Advanced Thyroid Support is a great product, however, I never received it from yourselves, despite paying for it upfront, receiving no further contact from yourselves, then chasing you a number of times - where I was promised 2 subsequent delivery dates which you were unable to fulfil... Excuses include, verbatim from their responses to my emails: Tuesday, Mar 19, 2024, 3:11 PM: "Unfortunately some of our stock was mislabelled and this has caused an issue on our side. We are due to receive a delivery from NHP tomorrow and will be shipping your order urgently. You should then receive it by the end of the week." I ordered 2 products from yourselves, including the NHP and none of them arrived Friday, not even a despatch notification. I rang you Friday afternoon and then a follow-up email on Saturday morning, to which Landys responded thus: Saturday, Mar 23, 2024, 2:19 PM "Hi there, I can confirm your order has been split in two. Here is the tracking number for (Product 1). The NHP Advanced Thyroid will leave us on Monday as we have had a delay. Kind regards and Apologies" I received no further news of any pending despatch of the NHP Advanced Thyroid on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. However, I did receive the cheaper 'Product 1' items part of my order on Wednesday 27th March, At which point, I instantly escalated to Paypal the issue of your repeated failures to supply the NHP, informed you of this by email and your response was: Wednesday, Mar 27, 2024, 2:59 PM "Hi there, If you have already escalated this with PayPal, we cannot issue a refund. Please cancel the dispute so we can process the refund" So I thought about cancelling for a few seconds, then at about 4.20pm, I rang Paypal - who advised me to keep the dispute open and my email response to you was then: Mar 27, 2024, 4:30 PM "Hi there I've spoken to Paypal just now and they've advised me to keep the claim open - closing the claim before a refund from yourselves communicates to Paypal that the situation has been resolved, which it hasn't and I would lose my Paypal buyer protection for this purchase. As Landys have not been honest with me throughout, my Paypal claim is staying open until I receive my money back As one of the items of my order has not been supplied, Paypal have escalated the case to Item As Not Described. I have informed them I am only due a refund of £23.23 and this is the amount Paypal will be pursuing from yourselves When that money is returned to me, we can all go our separate ways." Within 10 minutes of me ringing Paypal, they had reviewed my case, including the above emails between us and had refunded me the £23.23 owed for the NHP Thyroid via Faster Payments Service direct to my bank account. I have never experienced Paypal act so promptly and decisively before - which tells its own story. to all reading this, you will now realise the following key words and phrases are OMITTED from my review: I was provided with reliable customer service My purchase experience was infused with trust and transparency The advertised product I paid for was confirmed as in / out of stock and now we really can go our separate ways.

Delivery was quick and it was packaged well - if this is all the review is asking for. Far too early for me to pass comment on the product itself - No one could answer this without comprehensive lab tests. Otherwise, Landy’s chemist is a great, reliable resource to find health products.
